- Add support for retrieving runtime environment variables through Astro Request.
- Update various `getEnvVariable` functions to include request-based context resolution.
- Adjust default language utility to ensure fallback handling.
- Refactor `.env.example` and `.dev.vars.example` files for better clarification between private and public variables.
- Modify Cypress test workflow to use private environment variables without PUBLIC_ prefix.
