Reintroduce peach-stats dependency
Refactor device status template
Conditionally render status URL on homepage (depending on run-mode)
Reintroduce power menu (shutdown and reboot)
- Placed under the main settings menu
Conditionally render network and power settings buttons in setting menu (depending on run-mode)

There is still work to be done on the status menu and related logic, but this is a big step towards having the full system mode operational again.
