This is a relatively large PR which introduces a dark theme and support for switching between light and dark themes via the web interface.

The styling is not considered complete - there are still many minor changes which need to be made - but I'm happy with the system being introduced here. The use of CSS variables and attributes allows us to easily try out many different colour options for various elements. This should facilitate rapid UI tweaking.

I've also introduced blobstore directory size data in this PR (it snuck in).
