could you explain a bit more of what this code is doing? 
-what are the record ids listed for each domain in the records tuple, and where did you get it from? 
-how is this not some sort of circular dependency? what's the difference between a public ip that you query from ipinfo website, and what's stored in cloudfare dns? i'm assuming that's what happening is you're telling cloudflare dns that a certain domain is at a certain ip. 
-got any references to how cron jobs work?
