Currently, we're using the composer.{json,lock} files from drutopia-platform/build_source because drutopia/drutopia_template doesn't work.

An Expert™ confirmed that we should switch to drutopia_template as soon as we can:

[build_source is] sort of stuffed with things that aren't exactly "core Drutopia" functions. We do have to get the template back into shape though...lots of repo changes with the Drupal8+ things... their versioning changed, and our repo locations obviously did as well.
