Add a legend explaining scores #8

The current-but-possibly-soon-old app catalogue page in the docs has a handy legend explaining the overall and per-feature scores – we should include this on the app list too, possibly using some snazzy slide-in or hover behaviour. If the metadata about scores doesn't need to live anywhere else, we could include it in the .elm files and not need to worry about doing more HTTP requests & JSON decoding 🤔
