Sometimes the Branch(...) call gets confused with state in the repository. Its more robust to use the default value we get from gitea. Couldn't reproduce coop-cloud/organising#299 exactly but ran into this.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
