Not a major issue at all, simple docs patch.

On https://github.com/discourse/discourse-openid-connect.git we now see:

This plugin has now been bundled into Discourse core. See: https://meta.discourse.org/t/bundling-more-popular-plugins-with-discourse-core/373574

I guess we can update the docs to be more generic and not point to an outdated plugin?
