There seems to be no official Docker image.

We set one up here: https://git.coopcloud.tech/coop-cloud/-/packages/container/fluffychat/v1.7.1

It'd be rad to have this automatically rebuild on new upstream changes.

One solution could be a wrapper repo that uses a git submodule to bring in the fluffychat source, so we can provide our own .drone.yml without making upstream changes.
