Route everything through Traefik #1

Currently, a host-mode port is used, which means max. one icecast server per host.

This is not ideal, and "shouldn't" be necessary; icecast uses HTTP.

However, advice online (including this fun diatribe) basically boils down to "don't reverse proxy icecast". Even with unreleased Icecast 2.5, it doesn't seem to work to just forward things – the connection drops after 10 seconds, as other people found here: https://community.traefik.io/t/icecast-services-behind-traefik/8679/7
