Was it not possible to make jitsi work as a recipe? Or can you point to where to look for the problem?

The behavior I saw that I can't fix is: After starting a meeting, you get a notification that the connection has degraded/failed and you're reverted to low quality video. It looks to be a problem with either the websocket connection or UDP traffic not getting where it's supposed to.

I did quite a lot of troubleshooting on this a while back, and finally gave up. But since then I learned more about how Traefik works, so it could be there's a solution in that direction.
I made some notes just for my own process, I'll attach them here in case they make any sense to anyone else heh
