Basic usage

1. Set up Docker Swarm and abra
2. Deploy coop-cloud/traefik
3. Generate a SECRET_KEY_BASE, e.g. echo "require 'securerandom'; SecureRandom.hex(64)" | irb
4. abra app config YOURAPPDOMAIN - be sure to change $DOMAIN to something that resolves to your Docker swarm box, and set SECRET_KEY_BASE to what you generated in step #2
5. abra app deploy YOURAPPDOMAIN
6. abra app run YOURAPPDOMAIN app rake db:seed
