In some cases, during upgrades php will enter maintenance mode (unclear what the reproduction is; it happened when I made a mistake during an upgrade from 13.2 to 15.0 and had to use a backup).

The fix is simple: once you've checked logs and are sure nothing's amiss, run:

abra app run $DOMAIN app -- php occ maintenance:mode --off

Should we include this information in the readme?

The current README is a mess and needs to be cleaned up - as such, some more mess will not kill it :)

I think "Running occ" is the best header to put something like this...
