Following from https://git.autonomic.zone/coop-cloud/organising/issues/96.

Once the funding lands, we can push money into our OC and then to social.coop.

it seems the only way to pay from collective to collective is to ask social.coop to submit an expense to us, https://docs.opencollective.com/help/financial-contributors/collective-to-collective (which, in retrospect, is what I should have done...)

The minimum payment in whatever currency you're setup for is 1, apparently. So we can't do 1USD/mo. But we can do 8.59GBP/year (=$12/y). So that's what I've done.

I may have done a bad thing though. I accidentally created https://opencollective.com/coop_cloud. When I was setting up the payment I could either pay as myself, 'incognito', or they allowed you to fill in 3 fields to make an organization. So, not realizing it would make a full-on real Open Collective organization, I put the Co-op Cloud details in and created an org. So now there's an Open Collective org for Co-op Cloud. Which I imagine is what Decentral1se did early on when we ended up with 2. 🤦

So. I fixed this and broke a new thing. Maybe it's fine but it is not clean. I suppose it makes sense to go back in and delete this new org and re-do the payment by asking them to submit an expense.

solved it, was really easy actually, cancelled transaction, archived co-op_cloud org, logged in as autonomic, made the yearly contribution as Autonomic.
