Describe the problem to be solved

I've been doing the steps listed in https://docs.coopcloud.tech/recipe-maintainer-guide/#how-to-publish-a-new-recipe-version and it involves manually creating an annotated git tag. We could make sync do this for us tho!

abra recipe sync [--commit/-c] <recipe>

yeah it should do both as of 36ff50312c!

checked this and in fact this feature is implemented as of abra version dev-59bff9c. Closing for now, feel free to reopen!
