Some initial progress over in compose-stacks/postfix-relay.

~~Currently getting 5/10 on mail-tester.com, errors are:~~

EDIT: 9/10 now, only things left are DKIM and DMARC.

[SPF] mail.domain.tld does not allow your server 95.XXX.XX.XXX to use Nextcloud@mail.domain.tld
Your message is not signed with DKIM
You do not have a DMARC record
Your reverse DNS does not match with your sending domain
We didn't find a server (A Record) behind your hostname b4230a4c548e.
