Describe the problem to be solved

When abra app volume rm is used, it prompts the user to select which volumens to remove with a sort of small menu, however there are no prompts or indicators as to what exactly can be done.

A small line of text describing what can be done, something like "Arrows to select volume, space to toggle, enter to confirm" but in a way that is more clear.

I think this interface is also used by other commands, but I can't remember which off-top.

Also, there is some instruction:

➜ abra app volume rm botamusique_demo
? which volumes do you want to remove?  [Use arrows to move, space to select, <right> to all, <left> to none, type to filter]
> [x]  botamusique_demo_config

I think it's missing:

"x indicates selected"
"enter / return to confirm"

I think this interface is also used by other commands, but I can't remember which off-top. Also, there is some instruction: ``` ➜ abra app volume rm botamusique_demo ? which volumes do you want to remove?
