Turn homepage links into footnotes, add calls-to-action #611

Currently, all 6 of the first links in the main page content (i.e. after the nav bar) are to external websites.

This seems like it could easily be confusing for visitors – is Cotech a member of the Co-op Cloud federation? (no) Does Bruce Schneier support Co-op Cloud? (no) Do we all agree with the GNU philosophy of free software? (no)

I propose:

moving these links to the bottom of the page, just above the footer
adding explanatory text, e.g. "here's an explanation of what technology co-operatives are"
adding superscript footnote links to the parts of the text which rely on those definitions (e.g. "Public Interest¹")
removing Cotech entirely, or at least only referencing them once – as far as I know, Autonomic is the only Cotech member using Co-op Cloud, and the network is pretty dormant right now anyway
adding some calls to action under the intro sentence, like "try it out" (links to getting started guide) and "read more" (links to the strategy page on docs)
