we're looking into adding this app to every node escuela-comun/abyayala#33

i've seen some recipes where email config is part of the env, so i'm wondering if they could be changed to default to this app or at least point operators to it's existence?

our idea is that apps have a relay to a single external account, so failures are re-tried.
