Lichen is a minimal, lightweight CMS based on Gemtext.

There isn't a docker image for it, but it shouldn't take much work to make one, since it has so little requirements:

The only hosting requirement is a bog-standard Apache web host that supports PHP 7. libgd must be installed for image resizing.
