Unrealiable vendored coturn for homebrew situations? #6

See https://matrix-org.github.io/synapse/latest/turn-howto.html and experiences have shown that indeed, a coturn behind a NAT / port forwarding home setup is not very reliable. People don't seem to be able to get that to work. Idk if that is already configurable in Snikket or Snikket folks would be up for making it configurable. Throwing this one down to track.
