A zine about ORGANISED LABOUR
in the AGE OF PLAGUE.

It's august 2022.
Across the UK, railway workers of all kinds are on strike.
Starbucks workers in the UK and United States are unionising, fighting against all odds.
Four thousand miners with The National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa are on strike of an end to exploitation.
Swiss construction workers, healthcare workers in Germany, American Amazon workers, French rail operators...

We're awake.
We're doing the work, the egg's shell cracks.
In the last two years, a labour movement is blossoming. It's down to all of us, to decide what it means, what it stands for, and hopefully, what it will do when it wins.

SUBMISSIONS OPEN.

This zine is about organised labour in the 2020s. Over the last few years, there has been an incredible upsurge of unionisation and collective action across the world.
This zine is not intended to be all-encompassing and should be messy and sincere. It is the distilled hope for what we will build. Professional quality isn't needed, because ultimately this is a discussion.
