In my infinite wisdom, I only now realise that the binaries for relays are being published all along on the github releases page. There doesn't seem to be a need to build binaries here as that is basically a duplication of work?

I think it's a nice example of how this can be done independently but that doesn't really seem necessary at this time. I think the docs we started to compile could probably be brought upstream? Open to suggestions and I will consider this further and share thoughts before taking action.
