Renovacion de certificados

hay que correr el playbook completo para que renueve los certificados necesarios. tarda una banda por el minuto de propagación del dns, pero anduvo

ya lo arreglé, ahora si no encuentra tincd te avisa que no está en el PATH y que tenes que usar sudo, además inicia el servicio en sysvinit/devuan
