Unforunatly we can't escape opening random files that we download or someone sends us. That's just the reality of life these days.
You can use special operating systems such as [Tails](https://tails.boum.org/) and [Qubes OS](https://www.qubes-os.org/) but they aren't really suitable for your daily use for most people.
Here are some tools that you may actually be able to use on your main computer. They both work in different ways but are pretty easy to get going with.
