Some tests had to be skipped as there's some issues to address, and
some of the result-types cannot be mocked / stubbed.

It's adding a slight indirection by constructing a function when called,
but makes the completion functions more consistent, the signature easier
to read, and making the return type a [cobra.CompletionFunc] makes it
more transparent what it's intended for, and helps discovery of functions
that provide completion.

This replaces the visitAll recursive function with a test that verifies that
the option is set for all commands and subcommands, so that it doesn't have
to be modified at runtime.
We currently still have to loop over all functions for the setValidateArgs
call, but that can be looked at separately.

This field was added in [moby@5130fe5d38837302e], which
added it for use as intermediate struct when parsing CLI flags (through
`runconfig.ParseExec`) in [moby@c786a8ee5e9db8f5f].
Commit [moby@9d9dff3d0d9e92adf] rewrote the CLI to use
Cobra, and as part of this introduced a separate `execOptions` type in
`api/client/container`, however the ExecOptions.Detach field was still
used as intermediate field to store the flag's value.
Given that the client doesn't use this field, let's remove its use to
prevent giving the impression that it's used anywhere.

The `GetSlice()` function is part of cobra's [cobra.SliceValue] interface,
and duplicates the older `GetAll()` method. This patch changes our use
of the `GetAll()` method with the intent to deprecated it in future.

EnvVarNames offers completion for environment-variable names. This
completion can be used for "--env" and "--build-arg" flags, which
allow obtaining the value of the given environment-variable if present
in the local environment, so we only should complete the names of the
environment variables, and not their value. This also prevents the
completion script from printing values of environment variables
containing sensitive values.
For example;
export MY_VAR=hello
docker run --rm --env MY_VAR alpine printenv MY_VAR
hello

Cobra allows for aliases to be defined for a command, but only allows these
to be defined at the same level (for example, `docker image ls` as alias for
`docker image list`). Our CLI has some commands that are available both as a
top-level shorthand as well as `docker <object> <verb>` subcommands. For example,
`docker ps` is a shorthand for `docker container ps` / `docker container ls`.
This patch introduces a custom "aliases" annotation that can be used to print
all available aliases for a command. While this requires these aliases to be
defined manually, in practice the list of aliases rarely changes, so maintenance
should be minimal.
As a convention, we could consider the first command in this list to be the
canonical command, so that we can use this information to add redirects in
our documentation in future.
Before this patch:

This adds a new annotation to commands that are known to be frequently
used, and allows setting a custom weight/order for these commands to
influence in what order they appear in the --help output.
I'm not entirely happy with the implementation (we could at least use
some helpers for this, and/or make it more generic to group commands
in output), but it could be a start.
For now, limiting this to only be used for the top-level --help, but
we can expand this to subcommands as well if we think it makes sense
to highlight "common" / "commonly used" commands.

Since go 1.7, "context" is a standard package. Since go 1.9,
x/net/context merely provides some types aliased to those in
the standard context package.

It has been refactored to a hijackedIOStreamer type which has several
methods which are used to prepare input and handle streaming the input
and output separately.

The docker/client package was updated to support the updated Container
Wait API functionality. The run and start commands have been updated to
use the new wait features.

This is necessary in order to avoid execId leaks in the case where a
`docker exec -it` is run without a terminal available for the client.
You can reproduce this issue by running the following command many
times.
% nohup docker exec -it some_container true
The container `some_container` will have execIDs that will never
normally be cleaned up (because the client died before they were
started).
In addition, this patch adds a docker-inspect step to ensure that we
give "container does not exist" errors consistently.
