fc0ab04968 docs: add note to volume-plugins 
The /var/lib/docker directory is reserved for
docker, and should not be touched by plugins.

GitHub flavored markdown is now supported for links and images. Also, ran LinkChecker and FileResolver. Yay!

Output for docker/docker now goes into engine directory
