865600707c Make sure integration-cli test clean up 
Common patterns:
- Multiple images were built with same name but only one cleanup.
- Containers were deleted after images.
- Images not removed after retagging.

ae1f05d70a Pause/freeze containers during commit 
Initiates a pause before committing a container,
adds a pause option to the commit command, defaulting to 'true'.
