79fb54f431 Implemet docker update command 
It's used for updating properties of one or more containers, we only
support resource configs for now. It can be extended in the future.

d4f3c46baf Enabled GitHub Flavored Markdown 
GitHub flavored markdown is now supported for links and images. Also, ran LinkChecker and FileResolver. Yay!

Output for docker/docker now goes into engine directory
