This patch is extending the qualifiers on the -v command to allow
an admin to tell the system to relabel, content. There might be a
need for something similar for changing the DAC Permissions.

Added --since argument to `docker logs` command. Accept unix
timestamps and shows logs only created after the specified date.
Default value is 0 and passing default value or not specifying
the value in the request causes parameter to be ignored (behavior
prior to this change).

The `--userland-proxy` daemon flag makes it possible to rely on hairpin
NAT and additional iptables routes instead of userland proxy for port
publishing and inter-container communication.
Usage of the userland proxy remains the default as hairpin NAT is
unsupported by older kernels.
