fd08bae89c Remove redundant build-tags 
Files that are suffixed with `_linux.go` or `_windows.go` are
already only built on Linux / Windows, so these build-tags
were redundant.

e3dc487328 devmapper: show dmesg if mount fails 
If mount fails, the reason might be right there in the kernel log ring buffer.
Let's include it in the error message, it might be of great help.
