Some tests had to be skipped as there's some issues to address, and
some of the result-types cannot be mocked / stubbed.

This replaces the visitAll recursive function with a test that verifies that
the option is set for all commands and subcommands, so that it doesn't have
to be modified at runtime.
We currently still have to loop over all functions for the setValidateArgs
call, but that can be looked at separately.

This was the only command for which we set the "example" field; while
we could consider doing this for other commands, we need to look what's
best w.r.t. duplicating the information maintained in markdown.
Also remove the intermediate variable used for the long description,
as this was also the only location where we used one.

- use Println to print newline instead of custom format
- use apiClient instead of client for the API client to
prevent shadowing imports.
- use dockerCLI with Go's standard camelCase casing.
- suppress some errors to make my IDE and linters happier

Since go 1.7, "context" is a standard package. Since go 1.9,
x/net/context merely provides some types aliased to those in
the standard context package.
The changes were performed by the following script:
