Remove forked reference package. Use normalized named values
everywhere and familiar functions to convert back to familiar
strings for UX and storage compatibility.
Enforce that the source repository in the distribution metadata
is always a normalized string, ignore invalid values which are not.
Update distribution tests to use normalized values.

The -f flag on docker tag has been deprecated in docker 1.10 and
is expected to be removed in docker 1.12.
This fix removed the -f flag on docker tag and also updated
deprecated.md.
NOTE: A separate pull request for engine-api has been opened to
cover the related changes.

Add support for two now filter on the `images` command : `before` and
`since`. They work the same as the one on the `ps` command but for
images.
$ docker images --filter before=myimage
# display all images older than myimage
$ docker images --filter since=myimage
# display all images younger than myimage

Improves the current filtering implementation complixity.
Currently, the best case is O(N) and worst case O(N^2) for key-value filtering.
In the new implementation, the best case is O(1) and worst case O(N), again for key-value filtering.

Add distribution package for managing pulls and pushes. This is based on
the old code in the graph package, with major changes to work with the
new image/layer model.
Add v1 migration code.
Update registry, api/*, and daemon packages to use the reference
package's types where applicable.
Update daemon package to use image/layer/tag stores instead of the graph
package

The test case `TestImagesFilterWhiteSpaceTrimmingAndLowerCasingWorking`
fails based on time because it uses full `docker images` output and
value in the `CREATED` column turns from `A minute ago` to `2 minutes ago`
in the middle of execution and output comparison fails.
