3f44418168 Implemet docker update command 
It's used for updating properties of one or more containers, we only
support resource configs for now. It can be extended in the future.

e641a0f363 Enabled GitHub Flavored Markdown 
GitHub flavored markdown is now supported for links and images. Also, ran LinkChecker and FileResolver. Yay!
Fixes from Spider check
Output for docker/docker now goes into engine directory
