0c160a0e0d Revert hack in TestExecTTY

47f5776cce Improve remote integration-cli tests 
Progress toward being able to run integration-cli campaign using a
client hitting a remote host.

Most of these fixes imply flagging tests that assume they are running on
the same host than the Daemon. Also fixes the `contrib/httpserver` image
that couldn't run because of a dynamically linked Go binary inside the
busybox image.

57a36297f7 Fix issue with exec TTY caused by 15446 
The bool logic around setting up the TTY ended up getting flipped
accidentally.
Also added a test for exec with TTY.

0bd2f00743 reuse same code for setting pipes in run/exec 
This also moves `exec -i` test to _unix_test.go because it seems to need a
pty to reliably reproduce the behavior.
