3c88fb5533 Moved last build tests to integration-cli

11e34c9ae0 integration-cli: add build test for NOCACHE 
This patch adds CLI integration tests to ensure that NOCACHE instructions

e498aa81c8 add support for COPY to docker build

bf729dca8b add unprivilegeduser via the Dockerfile
