Tianon Gravi 0de230c821 Fix a few minor man formatting consistency issues

Some flags ended with a colon, some didn't.  For man pages, the prevailing normal practice is not to end the flags lines with colons.

The `contrib` directory contains scripts, images, and other helpful things
which are not part of the core docker distribution. Please note that they
could be out of date, since they do not receive the same attention as the
rest of the repository.
