Sébastien Luttringer 4569bccd5e Systemd service should not restart on failure

This should not be done by default but used by adminsys with a drop-in.d file,
for buggy daemons which crash without known fixes.

The `contrib` directory contains scripts, images, and other helpful things
which are not part of the core docker distribution. Please note that they
could be out of date, since they do not receive the same attention as the
rest of the repository.
