Sebastiaan van Stijn 91a19ec9c5 Update sshd example to use ubuntu 16.04 ...

Although the example is just for illustrational
purposes, many users are now switching to
Ubuntu 16.04 as the "default" version for Ubuntu,
so updating the example for those that use
this example as a starting point.
