Tianon Gravi e8b7012cbc Add "Acquire::GzipIndexes" to contrib/mkimage/debootstrap

This results in a dramatic improvement in the size of individual "apt-get update" layers (on a clean wheezy base, from "29.88 MB" down to "8.273 MB").

The `contrib` directory contains scripts, images, and other helpful things
which are not part of the core docker distribution. Please note that they
could be out of date, since they do not receive the same attention as the
rest of the repository.
