Changes:

- winterm: GetStdFile(): Added compatibility with "golang.org/x/sys/windows"
- winterm: fix GetStdFile() falltrough
- update deprecation message to refer to the correct replacement
- add go.mod
- Fix int overflow
- Convert int to string using rune()
