unclejack 53dcf06a52 contrib/install.sh: remove pull of hello-world

This removes the pull of the hello-world image from install.sh to
address privacy concerns.

Build tools

make.sh is the primary build tool for docker. It is used for compiling the official binary, running the test suite, and pushing releases.
