Sebastiaan van Stijn 6b4b42d73a rename desired_state filter to desired-state

For consistency with other filters (such as
"is-official"), this renames the desired_state
filter to "desired-state".

This directory contains code pertaining to the Docker API:

Used by the docker client when communicating with the docker daemon
Used by third party tools wishing to interface with the docker daemon
