Sebastiaan van Stijn 962015b057 internal/builders: add GlobalService, ServiceStatus, NodeList() 
This patch:

- Adds new GlobalService and ServiceStatus options
- Makes the NodeList() function functional
- Minor improvment to the `newService()` function to allow passing options
