Harald Albers b601aef207 Add --config to bash completion

The custom configuration will also be used in docker invocations made
by the completion script itself, just like `-H`.

which are not part of the core docker distribution. Please note that they
could be out of date, since they do not receive the same attention as the
rest of the repository.
