Sebastiaan van Stijn b45f47d8a2 docs: update supervisord example ...

This updates the supervisor example documentation
to use an up-to-date version of Ubuntu.

Also reduced the use of "royal We", and tweaked some
language.

Finally, added some language hints for code-highlighting.
