Tianon Gravi d7b1a1cd7e Add more specific lvm2 version to PACKAGERS document

I personally tested this using our container, and this was the lowest version that compiles and runs properly.

Build tools

make.sh is the primary build tool for docker. It is used for compiling the official binary, running the test suite, and pushing releases.
