dockerinit has been around for a very long time. It was originally used as a way for us to do configuration for LXC containers once the container had started. LXC is no longer supported, and /.dockerinit has been dead code for quite a while. This removes all code and references in code to dockerinit. This image's tags contain the dependencies for building Docker .rpms for each of the RPM-based platforms Docker targets.
To add new tags, see contrib/builder/rpm in https://github.com/docker/docker, specifically the generate.sh script, whose usage is described in a comment at the top of the file.
