Make use of existing modules and functions in order to output the merged configs. Added skip interpolation flag of variables, so that you can pipe the output back to stack deploy without much hassle. The documentation for Docker Engine has been merged into the general documentation repo.
See the README for instructions on contributing to and building the documentation.

use the vnext-engine branch:

The reference docs have been left in docker/docker (this repo), which remains the place to edit them.
