Yong Tang e6d8343517 Update docs so that log-opts takes map ({}) instead of [] ...

This fix updates docs so that log-opts takes map (`{}`) instead
of `[]`, as is defined in the impmenetation (`map[string]string`)

This fix fixes 22311.
